Data can be any IEnumerable<DonutChartDatum>. If it implements INotifyCollectionChanged (for example ObservableCollection<DonutChartDatum>), the chart rebuilds automatically when items are added or removed.

If DonutChartDatum.Color is not set, a color from the built-in palette is used.
